One of the annoying things about opening up a twelve or twenty-four pack of soda is knowing what to do with the cans after the carton has been opened.

A common problem in my house was always pushing the unsightly, torn cardboard boxes around from one side of the kitchen to the other. Another problem was having cans randomly shoved into the refrigerator. These stackable beverage dispensers can take care of both issues.

This is the system that my buddies and I rigged up for our senior design project. It dispenses beer from a keg with the touch of a button.

I came across this video and thought it was a neat look at what people in other parts of the world see as an every day part of their lives. This is a hot beverage machine in Tokyo.
